Really hope he’s the real deal. So often, we build up these young players too soon and end up disappointed when they fail to deliver to the standards we’ve come to expect. I really hope he’s not rushed into the England senior squad once he starts getting games for City, or out on loan.

Foden is quality, especially from what I have seen of him and what a few City supporting mates have told me. Long term replacement for Silva and potentionally the closest English playmaker to Scholes.
