Important 3 points and thank goodness for the 3rd goal. Not the best of performances in the second half allowing Villa to pull a goal back. The midfield was quiet and we couldn’t really retain the ball and pose authority. Good changes by Klopp.
I’m just disappointed by Nunez once again. He just doesn’t fit. We need a bit more steel about us and just keep finding goals – whereever they come from it’s perfectly fine.

So you should be Steve. Never thought I’d say the words but I’d love to see Arsenal win the league. Would be great for the league to show City can indeed be toppled without breaking the bank. That’s not to say Arsenal haven’t spent. They’re not exactly a Leicester but they haven’t had to spend insane amounts. Newcastle showing the same too. It really is about getting the ingredients right. The right coach, the right transfer setup (committee, directors etc) and the right amount of money. More in each area helps but you really need the right mix of the 3 to succeed.

He could just as easily be a City fan Adlab. No evidence whatsoever he’s a Utd fan. His refereeing of us down the years would certainly suggest he’s anything but a Utd fan! 😁

I hate these handball possible penalties. We need to go back to the concept of DELIBERATE and leave it to the ref. Just the ball hitting an arm drives me nuts. Even though I’m sure we would lose out, I’m fed up of appeal after appeal for nothing.
