Cheers all. My favourite domestic trophy win for a long time. When you’re winning trophies all the time, you really do take them for granted. If someone would have offered me a Carabao cup and top 4 before the season I’d have snapped their hand off and it’s looking very much like that’s the minimum we can now expect for this season. Ten Hag is the best signing we’ve made post Ferguson, by far.

To be fair, I do get the gloating from Man United; it’s been a while. They’ve not lost a game for quite some time and they’re in for 2 more comps.

My only gripe and this is with other teams is when Liverpool win the League Cup; it’s a ‘Mickey Mouse’ trophy, but then when it’s others it’s projected as achievement. I would say every trophy is worth in the end; that’s what makes you decorated and one of the most successful clubs with illustrious history.
