Think you’re right Sean but Kane will be 30 at the start of next season if he’s to move anywhere Levy will need to take a reality tablet on the price. Can’t see anyone paying anywhere near circa £100m for him next Summer given his age 30 in July and just one year left on his contract.

Yeah Kane will surely stay his last year at Spurs. I can’t think of a fee which would suit both buying and selling club in his case. Levy would want twice as much from any PL clubs than what he’d want from abroad. The only possible solution IMO is that Bayern get him this summer on a cut price deal. That would suit Spurs because it ensures he doesn’t continue in the Prem, whether from this summer or at the end of his deal, assuming he doesn’t renew. He’s a perfect replacement for Lewandowski for them.

It would require Kane sacrificing that PL goals record though which makes it a trickier choice for him. Leaving to another PL club at the end of his deal might be better for him personally as he gets to continue going for that record and gets a massive salary as there won’t be a transfer fee.

A 35-year-old man has been charged with assaulting Aaron Ramsdale after the final whistle of Arsenal’s fiery derby day victory at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday.
Joseph Watts, from Hackney, was charged with assault by beating, going onto an area adjacent to playing area and throwing a missile onto a football playing area, both contrary to the Football (Offences) Act 1991.
He is due to appear at Highbury Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
The Metropolitan Police said their Football Investigations Team were helped in their investigation by Tottenham Hotspur. Standard 17/01
