Nil, who did you get for fernandez? I took anothrr chance on Pulisic and said id give him another week but unless he’s mindblowing, Im going for fernandez. I was going to just do it but what if Pulisic gets a hat trick? … very very very unlikely but if he’s finally shaken his injuries, he’s got a world class player in there trying to get out.
As for Utd, Ed… they aren’t too inconsistent though. We all thought they were but the pointa don’t lie.

but ya congrats to Ed and Mav, you lads have been in need of a good performance from Utd. Still, they are potentially only 2 points behind us and we’re not doing too badly. Says a lot about perception. Anyway, I missed all the football today, as my sleeping pattern is upside down. seems I missed some good games too.
It really is a crazy season though. Leicester have lost 3 of their last 6, yet today they moved up into 2nd… everyone is a little inconsistent.

I looked at the Odds Checker a couple of hours that shows the mainstream Betting Companies side by side and stacked together; Liverpool were 10/11 favourites.
From my workplace, I haven’t heard of positivity towards Sky Bet alone with their Online ‘Facility’.
Liverpool are not 1/25 in my eyes. We have to get with Work that involves Training, Good Hungry Attitude From the Players and gaining Added Value each day in Spirits to maintain Motivation.

Nah Nil, I made the same mistake. Those odds are for top 4 not the title. betting really is best only kept to small fun-sized amounts, for games you’re watching etc. Ultimately they will take all your money, if you let them.
I won a good amount over a few bets recently and it helped with my Christmas shopping but I’ve cooled it on betting recently, just cause I know Im going to start losing and will eventually give it all back to them.

Mak, that’s Genuinely Pleasing to hear mate. I was online a couple of years ago; first time, but found the whole thing consuming me in a nutshell – just feeble in myself, but saw wisdom in giving it up even for being £50 down.

Ya, the odds you get are nowhere near worth it in almost all cases. Initially Jota was under-rated though and I took advantage of that. There was a lot of luck involved too though, so even at that… as you say, its just not worth it.

Ole is getting a bit of a raw deal off some utd fans and sections of the media. This utd team play better football then jose, ban gall and Moyes.

Way too early to say Utd have made progress Sean. We were awful in some home games this season. Well and truly stunk the place out. Even a week ago, we were terrible against City. It’s also criminal that we didn’t progress in the CL after beating PSG away then hammering Leipzig at home.
Let’s see at the end of the season if Utd have made progress or not. The fact opposition fans keep telling us they want Ole to stay suggests Utd fans aren’t alone in thinking Ole isn’t up to the job. Ask any non-Utd fans on this forum if they’d take Ole of their manager walked tomorrow and he was available. Would be astonished if you find one.
I’ve said since he got the job permanently that he’s not the right man but I’d absolutely love to be proved wrong. Way too early to suggest he’s turned a corner. Same applies to Jose. Let’s see where they both finish before we write anyone off or suggest anyone is the new Ferguson.

Not writing jose off at all. I’d never written him in 😂.I said a few weeks ago give it a few weeks before calling spurs proper title challengers .
Let’s wait and see. I just think utd look very sharp up top. Defence is poor but they look very good going forward at times
Do you think utd play better more entertaining football now since Ferguson left?

Only last month Sean, there were articles galore about it being Utd’s worst start for 48 years with us not winning one of our first 4 home games, so Utd fans have had every right to feel aggrieved, frustrated and whatever else this season.
