mav – firstly you cannot prove it therefore why say anything? even Rudiger hasn’t said anything. there are zero accusations or complaints or insinuations about it. you straight up accused people of racism when it didn’t happen.
when have I accused Chelsea fans of homophobia? I have in the past accused them of racism because I have experienced it many times from them, it has been covered many times in the media, they, unfortunately, have a reputation for it – not all of them but quite a lot of them. I referred to Alonso as a murderer, I admit it was too far but it isn’t made up. you obviously have an agenda and that is fine but just have the facts to back it up.

i have no doubt there are racists amongst spurs fans or fans of any team, but the link you have posted accusing spurs fans of being nazis makes no reference whatsoever. i’m sure there are quite a few articles you could have used to back up a claim of racism against spurs fans but all you have done it weaken your arguement that spurs fans racially abused rudiger in two separate games this season.

It doesnt offer any evidence simply because the authorities deemed it so,namely there “was” no evidence of racism.That doesnt mean Rudiger didnt get abused racially,its means the lazy British[typical] authorities dont want this to go any further.

the quotes above were from me. you have since continued to accuse spurs fans of racism without proof. do you not think that is damaging to the cause of ending racism? your actions and people like you are the ones that can mean it is taken less seriously. you have literally made it up and refuse to accept it. you even called spurs fans nazis (which i think you know is an incredibly insensitive comment) based on an article which makes no reference whatsoever to spurs fans being nazis.

Looks like this thread has gone south, and it won’t be long before the tribal clashes start. we may not know whether it has happened or not whether Rudiger heard somwthing he thought was racial slur, or whether it was a misunderstanding. he did the right thing by reporting. and if the authorities say they have seen no evidence, then we should better keave this matter there. or else we risk more clashes. this racidm topic is very sensitive and we need to be careful.
I’m just stating my honest opinion. anyone who is proven to have committed racism needs to face punishment. others are innocent until proven guilty.

Probably the most sensible post on this thread by Chelsea man. Not really interested in getting involved in the discussion about which set of fans have done what and which haven’t but, for the sake of the site, can we leave it there with the posts about racism. It’s right up there with diving in terms of being something we all should be in agreement about yet it somehow so easily develops into tit for tat posts.
I don’t really want to close the thread as there’s another game for this game week so I’d kindly ask that we move on from that topic

You got to hand it to the league. Leicester have had a belting season so far, will it continue? You have to say they’re a shoe in for champions league football next season… Then, take your pick after Chelsea down to 10th position. Any side capable of putting a run of three wins together could break the top four. Having seen United’s luck at the bridge, and their new midfielder looking the part, think they have a little bit of momentum… and I guess thats what any side needs to find between now and the end of the season. I’d argue Chelsea need a minimum of 20-24 points between now and the end of the season for top four and a place in next seasons champions league… Given the names we’re linked with we’ll need to be in the competition to spend this summer. And I wont even hazard a guess at who’s going to be relegation fodder. West Ham are in. abad way and Bournemouth are the team slipping from mid table mid season to the abyss of the Championship for me at the mo.

I barely dragged msyelf out of bed to watch this game, so honestly, the firts half was basically me half paying attentio but Im awake for the 2nd 😛
I will say, I won’t disagree with you regards Fabinho in this match, also Hendo. I don’t share your overall opinion of Fabs though. I think we’ve improved since Keita has gone off.

We’re not exactly on it today in a classic sense but the balls in from the sides have been a world better than what we produced against Atletico. We’ve got to bring it home now. 3-2 but a side who could get another if we give them any space.
