No complaints that was poor againest a severe ly depleted Leicester side. They deserve the win. Two huge chances with the pen and mane.
Leicester had not fit centre backs . FairPlay to them. You can’t be expected to win leagues playing like that

Very very unlikely Leicester win given everything. It’s not over but 6 points behind City on equal games played won’t be easy to turn around and a City win tomorrow night could extend that lead to 9 points.

Ironically, for all Jurgen’s frustrations about having to play so many games, when our game was cancelled on Sunday, it probably disrupted our flow. It kind of reminded me a few seasons back when we came to Leicester off the back of a training camp abroad, and we just didn’t look in the groove at all. On the other side of the coin, a resolute performance from Leicester after a few poor results.

I think with the break, the Liverpool lads mover-celebrated Christmas. They looked less up for it than Leicester and I hope they enjoyed Christmas because the season is pretty much over now.
Nil, you’ve got a hard day ahead of you, in you live in Leicester but it comes with the turf, bare it well.
As for Liverpool, I think it’s time for us to sign a replacement for Mane. I have absolutely loved the player and I think he can still do well for us but , we’ve got to replace him as a guaranteed starter. He hasn’t been good enough for 2 years now, flashes are nice but they aren’t enough.
Matip was out MOTM by some way. Firmino came on and did absolutely nothing. Im so frustrated by this display but it’s ,time to accept reality with some kind of dignity.
I didn’t like the PL being a 2 horse race, I had high hopes of it being a 3 horse race. Last week, I spoke about my concerns that City would run away with it now, I hate to be correct in this situation but that is how it is going to go.
We’ve got to focus on the CL and refreshing our fucking squad now. Unacceptable that FSG have sat on their hands for so long but ya…
Leicester deserved it. We never looked like scoring.

Mak, the season’s far from over. What my point is in relation to the league and table standards as they are is if Pep reaches the magic 18 wins from the next 3 City games, then for me he’s on sight to nailing another League Title.
We know from 18/19 that they won’t let up. He can afford to drop Grealish and Foden because he knows he pull individuals out of the depth of the squad and they’ll deliver.

Sean, we lacked any kind of sharpness and as I said above, I believe it’s because they knew they could celebrate Christmas day.
We absolutely needed those 3 points after that rubbish at Spurs but this is the best that they could do.
time to forget about it and the title for now. Adlab and the other City lads won’t want to count their chickens and I get it, I’ve been there but it is over.

And plus that’s 5 points dropped re Spurs and Leicester which would have taken us to 14 wins and 1 point behind City. Now what’s happened is that we’re level with Chelsea.
We should have been ruthless instead of dilly-dallying tonight. Sure, the Keeper kept Leicester in it, so why didn’t we fire more shots?

Phenomenal result, even more amazing is we are the first team to keep a clean sheet against Pool all season, given the shit we’ve been serving out in defence all season AND the defensive lineup we were forced to put out. Incredible!

As for the season being over, no way! Both Chelsea and Liverpool are very capable of taking wins off City and as the relegation battles get more interesting those teams will give the title race teams a hell of a fight every now and then

Foxy, well deserved win and enjoy mate but city have the easier run in. They have played all the top sides away. We concede far to many goals and I’ve said that for weeks.
I think Chelsea will beat us on Sunday to be honest. We just don’t look solid at times. Last night was a terrible result and we didn’t turn up but I’ve really enjoyed watching us this season.
Never ever fancied us for the pl but really think we can give the cl a bash and would love us to play a strong team in the carbao cup as it is a trophy.

Season over???
Yesterday was just a blip had Salah converted his penalty it would have been a different game, 6 points will be tough to pull back on City but it’s not impossible and there’s still the League Cup, FA Cup and CL to play for.
Every chance that Liverpool will finish this season with a trophy.
Last nights result makes Sunday an even tougher game for Chelsea though.
