Wonderful victory and thoroughly deserved.
Bit anxious for first 20 mins of second half but when you look at the stats, Spurs didn’t manage one attempt on goal, let alone one on target.
Great performance against the team that’s only lost one in their last 35 home games….before today that is.

Rather glad that’s over,had the offer of tickets but had a feeling we would get smashed.City fully deserved their win, Spurs surprised me by their lack of ambition. I don’t normally criticise our manager or players but I think Poch got his selection wrong.Sane was always going to roast Trippier as he is not the quickest, I think Aurier should have started .Wanyama is far more mobile than Dier who had a mare, but I’m only papering over the cracks, we need to add some quality if we want to compete with teams like City. If Stirling had scored with all the chances he had it could of been 7/8 we are way off after yesterday’s showing.
I hope we don’t fold and lose the CL spot as we need to be playing at the highest levels in the new stadium._____________________________

TBA, no shame in losing to this City team mate albeit they might not currently be firing on all cylinders.
I wouldn’t worry too much about your CL place which is already all but secured firstly Chelsea aren’t playing well enough to put any pressure on Spurs and even if they were there aren’t enough points left to play for and Spurs have a comfortable run in too. The top 4 is set now without Spurs or Liverpool completely collapse and Chelsea go on a winning run both of which are more than highly unlikely.
Bit of a wobble from City again last night when Spurs scored but they came back well if only Sterling could take his chances he would be some player.
EL for Chelsea next season which whilst disappointing isn’t a disaster given Chelsea’s current travails we wouldn’t get too far in the CL at the moment and the EL gives Chelsea an opportunity to give some of their exciting youngsters some European experience and it’s another opportunity to try and get back in the CL too.
