That makes it a really tight scrap for the top four between Chelsea, Spurs, Liverpool and United. Arsenal have blown it I think. Each team seems to lose or draw a couple of games then go on a winning run. Ps have Liverpool played in that away strip before? It’s pretty full on isn’t it. ?

Couldn’t be much better than this. 2 points behind Utd after a good performance and result. Second has to be the goal and to even get as close to City as is possible. Things would be a lot simpler if the top 5 got into the CL. . .
It’s a shame that we didn’t score a 3rd so we could take Salah and Firmino off sooner but you can’t have it all.

I’m hoping Chelsea might do a bit of catching up tomorrow after two disastorous performances v Bournemouth and Watford but with 3 of Chelsea’s next 6 PL games being City and United away and Spurs at home the injuries,disarray and 2 games against Barca to come I will be surprised if Chelsea make the top 4 this season.
But where there’s life there’s hope.?
United, Liverpool and Spurs imo probably in that order. But what do I know I tipped Liverpool as FA Cup winners and they got knocked out at home to WBA.

I have been on Football Message Boards for years, and would happily pack it in mate, if our own don’t have remote ambition, belief and fight.
We’ve been the best and the worse brunt of luck as far as fortunes go.
If anybody is consolidating now, negatively, then I’m in the wrong place.
Dunno quite how to accrue just people onto this level of thinking and aspiration, we need a trophy big time. Or some sort of an achievement.
Lovely World Class skilful football has to count for an end product.

Nil, come on mate you’re only just back don’t get stuck into all this own message board stuff all over again the Ed has explained there’s no own message boards on the site and it’s currently an open site for all.
It’s the Ed’s site mate and he sets the agenda for it and tbh currently I think he’s right until there are considerably more posters there’s no meaning to club sites and even then and even on TT opposition fans are welcome to post on other clubs sites providing their not trying to cause problems and there’s no one on here that’s looking to do that.
This is a great site Nil and the Ed has done a great job building it and there’s a really good bunch of lads on here now you included. Just post on here and enjoy it buddie. Cheers 999

Just re-visited this page. No abuse, nothing like that, just disagreement. My thoughts posted on this page were in essence for the what would be a success for us.
I’ve made a huge mistake there and will sincerely have to consider a Liverpool Football Club Website.
I see those who were instrumental to a skirmish last week have otherwise conveniently latched on. “sporadically” I would only appear. Or a Tottenham fan who wrote just plain horrible stuff about me – Paxton. Then I have “I love Nil’s rants”
I am please a person, a human. I care deeply about my club, And just because there’s 3 points in, that doesn’t mean to say I can’t be sensitized, that’s me, sensitive.
I haven’t abused anyone but disagreed and hugely precious.
