19th September 2025 at 11:26 am #226976If he does well at Barca, maybe he’ll have the urge to leave and actually want to play for the love of the game.

19th September 2025 at 11:38 am #226977@mufc, I don’t think he actually wants to come back. It’s who’ll pay his wages? Just like Antony and Garnacho, they didn’t want to take a pay cut to go somewhere else.

21st September 2025 at 3:59 pm #227155Villa looking way off the pace this season, wonder if Emery will be under pressure? Not always easy to beat 10 men but they never really looked like getting a winner. Bit of an underwhelming start from Newcastle too – maybe 2 less teams on the CL fight this season?

21st September 2025 at 5:07 pm #227158Bernardo Silva lucky to only get a yellow there for the foul on Gabriel. A cheap, cynical piece of revenge. Easily could be red

21st September 2025 at 5:10 pm #227159Iβve not seen one decent team yet mate. The scousers struggling but winning, Arsenal as boring as fuck, City not what they were, Chelsea a bunch of mercenaries, Newcastle just physical. Spurs look half decent but if we didnβt play three at the back, thereβs no reason why we couldnβt be vying for top four.

21st September 2025 at 6:25 pm #227170Poor league. Emery looks like he could be in trouble. Villa gone off a cliff. Arsenal very underwhelming when you consider money they have spent. Early doors but looks a very poor league again this year.

22nd September 2025 at 9:58 am #227205Watkins was poor last season as well, this should be a surprise to no-one, Jhon Duran got them out of jail a lot in the early stages of last season. The best thing Villa could have done would have been to sell Watkins to Arsenal when they came calling in the summer of ’24, kept Duran as their No.1 stiker. He wouldn’t have left for Saudi if he was Villa’s first choice striker. Then they could have either promoted a young striker from their academy or bought a young striker to be backup and they’d have space to develop while Duran was the leading man. That’s actually almost a fuck up of Man Utd proportions when you look back at it.

24th September 2025 at 1:20 pm #227253Iβd never seen Ekitike play before he signed for Liverpool but Iβm pretty sure our scouts had. Begs the question, why the fuck werenβt we in for him? He looks better than Sesko, Watkins, Isak or anyone else that was available to me. Quick, lean, skilful and scores goals.

24th September 2025 at 2:13 pm #227256I thought we were in for him? There were many articles linking him to us at one point. I guess that when they spoke to him he made it clear he wanted a better club, or maybe even just Liverpool and no-one else.

24th September 2025 at 6:12 pm #227270I thought Sesko had real pace too? That’s what i was led to believe before we signed him. Really strong and aggressive, great in the air and with pace to burn.
So far not really seen any of those things. Hopefully its just taking him some time to adapt to the pace of the league. But it hasn’t really taken any time for Gyoceres or Ekitike to get up to speed.
Annoying._____________________________

24th September 2025 at 6:56 pm #227271@happy – Gyokeres has looked like a bit of an oaf to me, he ain’t going to fundamentally improve Arsenal’s chances if winning trophies.
