Imagine buying Semenyo and Guehi in Jan, and having your team loaded with top stars like Haaland, Doku, Bernado Silva, Cherki, Rodri, O’Reilly, Rúben Dias and Donnarumma to name but 10 Top Players.
AND still getting humiliatingly beaten 3-0 by a such a poor Real Madrid side, that they even lost to 16th placed Mallorca last week, in a much weaker league than the PL.
Yet Liverpool goes to the home of the Champions of Europe, PSG, and gets beat just 2-0.
To me, the team has to give 100% next week at Anfield, leave everything on the pitch, that’s all we can ask for, plus for Slot to play the right tactics i.e. his strongest team in his tried and tested 433.
No point giving up before the game has even began.

Adidas. Cool your boots fella. I’ve been in the Kop boys pen since Toshak and Keegan. Seen us continually win the biggest trophies driven by the people of this magnificent city. When the chips are down the people find the shared mentality to leave every other UK team in envy.. In the worst of times we still won the big ears with imploresable players on a global stage. We need a manager to light the fire and let the handbrake off again. Four quality first team replacements and watch the 4 year old shite talkers supporting teams who play a maximum of once a week struggle to justify their opinions like they have for years of absolute gibberish. Roll on next season with the fire if 2 years ago relit and replace the greats who now hold us back..

And regarding Arteta and his abilities. There’s 3 domestic trophies and 2 that are invariably competed for by the three clubs that historically bank roll two first teams. The 2 domestic cups are trinkets compared to beating Europe best, against national leagues with feer games, a high aggregate of piss easy opposition and authorities who cancel preceding matches. No managerial magic in City, Chelsea and Arsenal getting to later stages unless drawn consistently against difficult opponents and competing in the PL & CL for me… Arteta has been gifted a season with 2 first squads and a season without any plausible opponent except lately City having significant consistency, easy draws in every cup and playing excruciatingly average expansive football aside set pieces. Even Man U are getting excited on what might have been for god sakes, with their chaotic squad after mostly enduring Amorim… No 95+ points needed to come second to 115 this year.. Ah well quality football mentality/Cities always win over time to the wannabes

In 1966, Liverpool lost a European Tie to Ajax 1-5. At that time, our manager was Bill Shankly. By the time the return game was played (a game that I was at), Shanks had convinced the supporters we would win, his charisma was such. Unfortunately, we drew 2-2 against a great team at the time. When we played under Klop against Barcelona, 3-0 down, as we all know, Klop also could rouse the crowd, hence the final result of 4-3

Eegder, I lost hope in him when he downplayed the club to enhance his own reputation back in October or something.
He should have walked there, he disrespected everything the club has done in the past 30-35 years by that one sentence.
Ive had zero respect for the man since then.
Take his pre match interview where he is stating that we should have lost the game one year ago 4-0.
He did not ask for a repeat of that fixture, he told the lads they were shit right before the match and deserved to lose despite winning the fixture last season.
I bet he would get Garfield to hate Fridays 🤣
