The big issue is that there is no improvement to any part of our game all season (only a slight improvement on conceding from set piece) and its nearly end of season ………and there are no positives, it’s one game from a write off season. You can’t see any progress despite the results. It’s not a case of playing very well but the results go against us. The results are totally fair. There is nothing happening on the pitch to even make you think we will be better next season. Occasionally we get a result through individual quality, but tactically, possession wise, and yes, just doing the basics for any top team…we are at sea.

What’s people’s thoughts on Ekitike? For me last night’s games summed him up, a few tricks but no real substance. He doesn’t hold the ball up very well, doesn’t press well, but can do things that look great on a YouTube reel. Talented boy no doubt, but something is missing.
I mentioned his attitude before on here but was promptly dismissed by the forum idiot. No discussion, no counter argument, just the usual “I’m right, you’re wrong” passive aggressive BS. But I will ask you more intelligent members, is there an attitude problem? Not a Balotelli sized one, but more he thinks more about his image or his style than actually helping the team by doing the basic less glamorous centre forward stuff?

Threeps, he’s got worse as the season has went on.
Agree he is very raw still.
He needs to do the basics when the balls played up to him in order to retain possession to allow his team mates to get up and support him.
Too many touches, flicks etc at inappropriate times all too often ends in giving the ball away.
He’s just yet another player that these tactics don’t work for and unsurprisingly he’s gotten worse as the season has progressed.
Absolutely much more to come from him but I don’t see it happening under current conditions._____________________________

A 532 formation, I find it kind of ironic that the club wants a head coach that plays a back four and our under pressure head coach plays a back five for the first time. He is just pulling out excuses from thin air to sack him by now!
Don´t get me wrong I have nothing against watching a defensive team but that team should be my international team who are dogshit, I don´t mind watching them defend their own box for 90 minutes to get a draw, cause my international team is dogshit.
Iceland does not have a striker, we do not have a midfielder, we do not have any defenders either and not even a goalie.
So why is Slot trying to copy my international team?
