JM, Carrick is a fraud mate. As for Gabriel, he’ll be off before he turns 18 for lack of playing time and because we’ll be no better then than we are now. United at that point will panic and offer him big money but he won’t take it. We laughed at liverpool for their 30 year drought. At this point, if I could cap it at 30 years I’d consider it. We are going absolutely nowhere.

Well Lacey’s had a good half. Shown the kind of aggression and commitment we’ve been sorely missing. On this showing, he starts the season for me. Mount’s also had a decent half.

First proper look at Santos and like the way he passes it forward quickly between the lines. Agree about Lacey and Mbuemo. Mbuemo has carried his form from the end of last season in to pre season. Absolute wank in the striker role. Would also drop Amad for Lacey when all players are back in squad.

Amad and Mbeumo are a worry. Also i did say Lacey has the potential he just needs the game time plus he moves like Foden.

In fairness to Amad his pre-season stated about 2 days ago. I have definitely been impressed by Lacey, hopefully gets some minutes this season.
