On a separate note, I like the look of the lineup. He’s already making choices that appear sensible, it’s a whole lot easier to be on side as a fan, when what the manager is doing makes sense!

Even if you go back to Klopps time we never had a really great squad. A great 11 yes, but not a great bench. we were lucky that most of the main players were rarely injured, during our successful period.

Our squad has never been as strong when compared to city then and now to Arsenal for example.

One thing no is talking about, is why our academy is not producing any players when compared to city, Arsenal and especially Chelsea.

Dom’s the only creative playmaker. Now I’m realising most of the balls previously used to either be sent to Salah or Luis Diaz. We miss this so now it’s relied upon the middle of the channels.
