Hi Ed, and everyone else, had a weird private message from someone who hasnt even posted on here. Anyone else had this similar message asking you to contact direct via email?
“Hello Deari saw your profile and became interested in you, my name is Marie Cooper i am working with united State Army, i will like to have a friend like you,i have something to share with you, please email me through (*********@gmail.com) for more information about me, i will check my mail to know if you have contacted me because i am working at the moment.”
I have taken out the personal email provided out of courtesy, just curious if anyone as had same message? It just seems weird, there is nothing on my profile to be “interested” in, Unless you are attracted to the pic Coopermarie? in that case I am sorry to say you have been catfished, as it is indeed napolean dynamite, not myself 🙂 I am nowhere near as good looking

Mine showed up in my Spambox at work, but they certainly all look the same, I just deleted mine, didn’t even bother clicking on anything… I mean, really? Who really wants to be a friend to somebody called Chucky McChuckface??

I’ve had the 3 messages too and deleted all of them.
Personally I’ve always been a bit unsure about granting the ability to e mail each other.
I can’t see a really good reason for it and can see how it might become a problem.
We have access to each other on here on football issues and if we want to get up a bit more close and personal as Hightown and gjblue did previously the Ed is happy to help facilitate that if both parties are agreeable.
Just my opinion.? Cheers All 9’s

Nine, unless I’m mistaken (I might be), I don’t think our email addresses are being shared. We see the bots, only because they are including it. It is safe to message eachother via the site if it isn’t sharing this information but if it is then ya, it’s got to be contained.

Mak, I get that but e mails can now appear in our private e mail accounts including these rogue e mails.
I love you as a poster and I love reading your posts but I’m not sure I would want to get any
