Naturally in light of recent results, a win is needed this Saturday. First match where Sadio Mane will be serving his ban. I wonder if Coutinho will be selected.

I am praying there is a serious reshuffle in that defensive unit. I have a gut feeling Burnley will come, frustrate us and raise their game if we’re not out of the traps in full flow and get a goal or two in before half-time.

Here’s hoping.

Shows how little quality in depth you have at the back when Klavan is starting. He should be a cup player only, he’s below average IMO yet Klopp couldn’t find upgrades on him of Lovern, amazing stuff really. Well here’s hoping we score a few cause we will concede.

People still dont think Liverpool need an out & out striker, well if this games anything to go by so far we do badly. it means nothing if you create 20 chances & dominate possession but can’t capatilise on it.
It’s like the big bad wolf, I’ll huff & I’ll puff but we still can’t score.

What a f’ing surprise, dominate dominate & dominate but can’t score, they get 1 shot on goal & fing score. These clowns we have at the back are embarrassing. Klopp needs a plan b because his gengenpressing isn’t working on the EPL,we are so bloody predictable is frustrating. No DM, worst D in the top 10 & no 20+ striker yet people still think we will go ok. We can’t blow teams away with our flashy play because we can’t score. Sturridge is the only proper striker we have but he’s made of matchsticks & paper mache so we can’t rely on him.
We will be lucky to finish top 6 if Klopp doesn’t change his philosophy & get a bloody plan b.

Played some good stuff First Half,Defensively again proving to be our Achilles Heel,Coutinho having a decent game although at times choosing the wrong option instead of having a pop at goal.Salah looks like He could score for fun,Burnley have rarely threatened and may try to shut up shop and hit us on the counter in the Second Half.

The stats suggest it’s all one way traffic, that’s for sure. I’m sure Liverpool will get the win they need but it’s a game Liverpool should really be winning more convincingly. Liverpool seem to have a real problem against the smaller sides and yet I’d never back any of the big sides to beat Liverpool. Their style of play seems to be much more effective against the bigger sides who come at Liverpool.

The thing is I’m not banking on beating the top sides this season, it literally takes 20 good chances before we score, just look at this game where we are totally dominating, which to be fair is good to watch but it’s so frustrating we can’t score. That’s where I think we need a 20+ striker. Add our inability to convert to our embarrassment at the back & any team will fancy scoring against us.
