I’m sure that Brian puts the City FA Cup wins in 56 and 69 up there with the most satisfying of his Manchester City supporting life.
Back then the kudos of winning the FA Cup was immense and the country stood still for FA Cup Final day. Sadly the FA Cup is not quite as high profile these days.
Not helped by United pulling out to fulfill their requirement of playing in the World Club Championship, the loss of Replays, ridiculous kick off times for the Final, PL games even scheduled on the day of the Final, penalty shoot outs deciding progress even Finals , Semi Finals played at Wembley etc etc.
With our Red Frido in the Park with my mates we always played so many make belief FA Cup Finals it was the ultimate Club game in our eyes and I will never forget queuing all night outside Stamford Bridge on numerous occasions to claim FA Cup Semi Final tickets. Until 1970 it was the impossible dream.

Xhaka not in the Arsenal squad but he’s still not apologised Stevo and Emery seems to be defending that because he says Xhaka is devastated.
Xhaka needs to apologise to the fans asap imo or this wound will fester and grow and there will be no way back for him even if there still is one?

it wont happen 999 its been to long and he wont, Emery is backing him and signing his own P45, he has left Xhala out and now put Ozil in (also getting heat for that)
you will have a bit of experience with this form the Maureen days but when things go toxic for whatever reason, all parties need to move on so Xhaka and Emery need to move and so do we as a club and fan base

If Klopp doesn’t want to play in these tournament, he should be honest about it, instead of having fans buy tickets to watch him purposefully throw the games, in order for us to play fewer later on. Don’t tell me this wasn;’t thrown also. we all say Kelleher in pre-season. He is clearly never going to be the PL level keeper.
I’ve better things to do than watch us piss away another domestic cup. I mean we dont have to take them SUPER seriously but this is unethical.
