Credit to Ipswich for coming out to play and making a decent game of it. Mainoo was very good today and pleased to see he is trying to inject some urgency into his game. Guess Mount is out for the season after that little knock on his ankle!?

The key was the equaliser we were gifted before half time, otherwise it could’ve been a struggle. Ipswich are a really poor side as are Hull and I can see them both going straight back down, probably with Coventry, although Palace could be in trouble.
As for us, let’s see how we go at Everton, that’ll be a hell of a lot more of a challenge. Then City at home and Fulham away. Should have an idea by then._____________________________

Definitely believe Gary-O-Neil will get a Tune from Ipswich. They could have gone 2 up. The half-time equalizer however possibly critical to the half-time Teamtalks and the balance of the game.
After 3-1, it was effectively over and the heads of Ipswich dropped. We’re easily as fans drawn into the first 2-to-5 games.
Coventry surprisingly struggling from the newly promoted 3; didn’t expect that.
Ipswich will definitely be up for it come Friday, and I wouldn’t bet against us being a goal down in the first 10-15 minutes and could well be another 2-2 draw.
