Football debate. Only better
Home › Community › General Football › Illegal advantage
Why when in other sports like F1 or track and field, if individuals or teams are found to used illegal “advantage” of any nature compared to other competitors… their historical finishing positions/trophies and medals are cancelled/removed.
Im waiting for football to show propriety and follow suit to remove all temptation.. Chelsea cheated their opponents regardless of 8 years later apologies 🤷♂️
£10 million is no penalty to a wealthy club. Demotion/ point deduction and removing trophies WILL be a deterrent to CHEATING in sport

Just caught a glimpse of the stuff surrounding Senegal and Afcon, so maybe there’s hope there. But as Chucks says re here, I wouldn’t hold my breath.
They can’t even get the Refereeing at Top Level consistent. By the time (should they get round to it!) the matter of 115 charges is exercised and settled, football the way we know it will be long gone.
Make the most of what’s here and now. BTW, seem to have for days lost any participations from Chelsea Supporters here.

that final was a spectacle with only one player from Senegal staying on the pitch, AFCON lost all it´s aura there. Senegal forfeited the game by storming off, I thought every professional in the world of football knew that rule.
