Nil. why wouldn’t the Nation’s League go ahead.
To be fair the Nation’s League is a UEFA initiative not an FA initiative and all the countries in Europe participate.
Love it or loathe it you can’t blame the FA.

It is all about sucking much game out of a year for revenue. national/Domestic leagues no longer matter, it will not be long before another “wizard” idea appears. I give up on the self promoting Football organisations, they will invent any competition for cash
