That last effort was scary just before half-time and we need to be vary of this. No offside at all. After the early Pulisic effort, Liverpool woke up and started playing and to be fair, we effectively were in dominance of that half. We could have been a goal up ourselves. Keita has impressed me to be fair. We are a lot stronger than the earlier spell in the middle of the park. Just need to be careful of that final third. Well Done Kelleher so far.

Putting on Kepa probably too clever for its own good. Doesn’t work putting on strikers just for penalties and who haven’t warmed up. Same probably applies for keepers.

I cant hide with that being a hard watch. 3 hours and nerves. Chelsea have been one of our fierce rivals for a good 20 years from 4th place battles to competing for the Champions League and Domestic Cups.
Not fully sunk in yet but I’m sure the Cup Triumph will register once the Beverages are in haha 3😎🍻🍾
I truly love this trophy and have memories of past successes. As a Liverpool and a Football Supporter you learn to cherish these trophy wins.

It was a great game we all enjoyed and I wasn’t too disapointed probably because there’s much bigger things on the go right now, I also thought maybe Mendy should have played out the penalties purely based on the immaculate game he was having, Kepa could have saved 2 penalties that were placed towards him in the centre but he premeditated by diving to his right too often. We all also had a feeling about his penalty but nonone expected it to go right to the end and his not used to taking penalties after amazingly all the other 23 went in, imagine the pressure the must have felt, the problem is still upfront we need to take our chances and also monitor our offside positions much better. We had more chances and were very unlucky I thought but we have to solve the striking problem one way or another as it’s going to cost us if we don’t. We move on.
