Just reading about the mini Euro Comps… bloody hell, somebody was smoking something when that was all thought up… Top 8 go through, all the 2nds in the VL play all the 3rds from the EL, but all the 3rds from the CL go in with all the 1sts from the EL, and then another round of play’offs…

Both Zenith and Malmö top their League tables and Juve have won Serie A in 9 of the last 10 seasons.

Liverpool will have too much for all in that Group imo and I suspect that the 4 PL teams will make the last 16.

So, the draw for the Europa Southend Pier Conference Pot is in… I reckon we should come second at least, gutted we didn’t get the Finnish team… (or at least, I think we didn’t, never heard of NS Mura… they might be just down the road! 🙂 )
