Slot lost us the game, 100%… All his decisions are wrong, every last substitution he has made is wrong. Every time, he can´t help it… 7 minutes between the first goal and the second goal, then he finally makes a decision and it´s the wrong one.
He keeps making last ditch decisions trying to prove how smart he is but it´s not working, we lose our shape every time something comes up.
Smart choice would have been subbing Jones in and moving Gravy into defense, as soon as Gomez got injured. The next substitution made no sense at all either, it was not until he finally replaced Gakpo that we got the goal we needed and that was from a 17 year old that deserves way more game time than Gakpo. He is that much better on the ball, he offers that much more threat, you can´t ask him to improve his physique dramatically unless you play and make him suffer a bit.
Every decision Slot has made this season has gone wrong, I´ve become fed up with individual moments bailing him out at the last moment!

Of course not Rob, we will only sign a long term target of ours and Slot has nothing to do with that.
I have never seen any of our former managers get his substitutions so wrong, I have never seen a manager take 7 minutes and a goal to sub off a injured player.
I am trying to recall a sub he made that won us a game, I can´t, the only fundamental rule to his subs is that we lose our shape for at least 15-30 minutes.

Bingo, low block shouldn’t really be the ultimate barrier. That’s part of the challenge we should able to overcome.
Let’s say we present to them a line of 4, the player playing wide should have in his locker a shot.
All I noticed was half-hearted passes not really finding one of our players definitively. The should all be hammered on the Training Ground like the back of their hand.
One of the problems I still observe is patchy play and any remote Telepathy.
It’s such a frustrating presentation. Something sooner or later should and will give 🫰🏻
