Leon allegedly played a game with the reserves and was not good at all. He is young in a new country and he is not rooted at all. If Amorim survives to January he needs to buy proper wingbacks cmf and cb. That’s four players. Berada and Willcox are praying to God he will pick points. Southgate can just fuck off but Iraola and Glasner seems good.

30th September 2025 at 6:25 pm #227656Seeing loads of reports that are saying that Amorim looks knackered and knows things aren’t working. Well, fuckwit, if you know things aren’t working then change things up! If ‘things aren’t working’ then try something fucking different! Jesus fucking jumped up Christ on a pogo stick, he clearly doesn’t know things aren’t working because he hasn’t changed a fucking thing.

30th September 2025 at 6:25 pm #227657Malacia to the rescue π€£π€£ β¦ that says alot about Dorgu π€£π€£ .. itβs all comical at the club β¦ i do hope Sunderland really hammers us because loosing 3-1 to Brentford didnβt do it for INEOS β¦ maybe another hammering might get it done and Sunderland do appear a decent unit

30th September 2025 at 6:31 pm #227659How about a punt on Fabregas? Bright lad and talks a lot of football sense.

30th September 2025 at 7:00 pm #227665@killy – He must want out by now, probably has done for many months added to which his wife hasn’t settled in Manchester either, so to change things now would be to risk something clicking well enough for him to avoid getting the sack in the short term at least. He would then definitely miss out on any chance of getting his double compo.

30th September 2025 at 8:10 pm #227672Fabregas is a part owner of Como so it would want to be a fairly special offer to get him as he’s personally invested in the club from both, I’d imagine, a personal and financial perspective

30th September 2025 at 8:10 pm #227674“I played 433, 4231, 352, 343 etc but From my perspective, I prefer 442, it’s my favourite system, but we need the right players for this. Being flexible is not a weakness. On the other hand, it is one of important factors for being a great strategistβ..
These are the words of Oliver Glasner after he got the Crystal Palace job and was asked about his tactical philosophy. Meanwhile we have a manager who says even the Pope wonβt make him tweak things

30th September 2025 at 10:07 pm #227705Waiting for his reduced compo clause to kick in is small minded. The damage being caused keeping him until then could be more than the money saved. Let’s see if the board has the minerals to do the right thing.

1st October 2025 at 8:25 am #227730I think we’ve already had the answer to that with the way Ratshit dithered over Ten Hag, he’s every bit as clueless as any of the gimps ever were.

1st October 2025 at 9:26 am #227737Better to admit your error and fix it now than let it fester. I think Amorim wants out, I think the board wants out, it’s just a question of who will blink first. I can see why they’ll hold off until November, it’s reported that it’s Β£12m payout if he’s fired in the first year, Β£4m after that but it’s a question of if it’s worth the Β£8m to try and fix things now?

1st October 2025 at 9:34 am #227740I definitely think he wants out and even offered to go for fuck all last year. Why don’t they just reach an agreement while there is still time to salvage something from the season

1st October 2025 at 10:28 am #227744Sack the fucker, Β£8m is nothing. We are risking next year’s revenue keeping him for a few more weeks.

1st October 2025 at 10:45 am #227745Can we even afford the extra 8m though after all the summer spending?, plus there will presumably be extra compo for his so called coaches. It’s all just an absolute train wreck.

1st October 2025 at 11:21 am #227751How they gave Ten Haag extra chance when he should have been sacked first chance then dithered for more months before finally sacking him that should give an idea about how they operate.. they will take another month to ponder hoping things change before making a decision../ but wats comical is that when itβs time to make a bad decision such as letting Bruno, Casemiro n the rest stay such decisions are made swiftly but to make decisions that would be beneficial to the team they will take ages to get it done..

1st October 2025 at 1:45 pm #227759Reckon we’ll narrowly beat Sunderland and he’ll keep his job thru this international window
The next 4 games are Liverpool, Forest and Spurs all away, Brighton
We’ll be lucky to take 4 points from those games and he’ll be sacked in November
Happy with either Carrick or Ollie taking the reigns till the end of the season but reckon the club will go with Southgate

1st October 2025 at 3:02 pm #227764I’ve seen people ask why would any manager come to United, why would either Glasner or Iraola want to come to Old Trafford when they’re doing so well at Palace and Bournemouth? Two reasons:
1. I was talking to a mate of mine this morning and he said that United is a basketcase but won’t be forever, whoever arrives and ‘fixes’ it will be a God amongst fans, a lot of managers would love that kind of recognition, AND to be the one who actually does it.
2. Money, and I’m not talking about wages, I mean the money for a club to keep its best players. Look at Palace, Guehi was on the way out the door and apparently isn’t too happy at having to stay, Eze was sold out from under Glasner’s nose two(?) days before the window closed and no time to replace him. Bournemouth basically sold their entire starting backline from last season and Iraola has had to rebuild. They’d love (I imagine) not to be in that situation every season._____________________________

1st October 2025 at 3:14 pm #227765Of course, our fucking problem is getting rid of players, not keeping them π€£π€£π€£

1st October 2025 at 5:46 pm #227766I would like the new manager to take over now. The trouble is if we are struggling to pay Amorim’s compo where does that leave us in terms of getting the likes of Glasner or Iraola and agreeing the fee with the other club. I wouldn’t be happy with Olle as interim, he didn’t do enough for me last time. Middlesbrough are doing better since Carrick left and we need someone who can deliver and not just take over because they are a cheap option.
