18th August 2026 at 9:04 am #253271Reading that Scholes thinks Amass is a far better player than Lewis Hall. Ok, thanks Scholesy, youβve just saved us a fortune mate. What utter bollocks. Great player, absolutely shite pundit.

18th August 2026 at 9:07 am #253272The minimum criteria for this window was to buy players to consolidate our position in the top 4. Penny pinching looks foolish when we risk the future revenue from the champions league. Let’s see what they do and how the match going fans react.

18th August 2026 at 9:09 am #253273Who’s position is Rodri taking? we should be trying to buy them.

18th August 2026 at 10:06 am #253279De jong is apparently injured again β¦ Javi is not a starter so it will be Rodri and pedri with Javi as rotation.
The match going fans wonβt do nothing; the same treatment Enzo Fernandez got from Chelsea fans is the same treatment Rashford should have gotten but instead he was cheered on. The match going fans have had ample chances to voice their frustration over the years and they did nothing so this time around wonβt be any different.

18th August 2026 at 10:11 am #253281@Dee – Those were local Polish fans, and tourists not the hard core fans that go home and away every week. Trust me, Rashford will get a low key, polite reception at first but it won’t be long before he reverts to his former bone idle self, and then he will come under the microscope big time.

18th August 2026 at 10:19 am #253283That’s what i don’t get at all mate. Once Rashford starts fucking about again it’s guaranteed a section of match going fans will give him abuse. If that happens during a bad run of results then it’s just going to make things even more fucking toxic. Genuinely no idea what they are thinking bringing him back. The usual suspects banging on about him being like a new signing and all that bollicks but once he starts with his antics again the fans won’t forget. Its going to get messy

18th August 2026 at 10:30 am #253284Said that all along mate, but these clueless cunts either don’t care or are as deluded as the usual suspects are into thinking he’s suddenly going to start working like a dog and banging in the goals, which as we know just ain’t gonna happen over any sort of a sustained period of time.

18th August 2026 at 11:55 am #253291I think itβs a bit simpler, in that they just canβt get rid of the cunt. He still wants to play for Barca and the deluded cunt actually thinks heβs good. He wonβt go anywhere else, so we either reintegrate the cunt or try and cancel his contract by mutual consent, which would be my preferred option. But why would he agree to that when heβs got at least one more season on stupid money? And from what Iβm reading, weβre about to make the same mistake with Bruno. These cunts never learn.

18th August 2026 at 2:25 pm #253300We could accept all the offers in the world for Bruno, he’d still have to want to leave

18th August 2026 at 3:59 pm #253307If they want Bruno to go he will leave β¦ as for Rashford he has been in cohorts with Barca from day1.

18th August 2026 at 5:12 pm #253313They gave him the ‘option’ last year and he refused. ‘Option’ is probably the politically correct way of saying we tried to get him to go but the buying club wouldn’t pay him as much as we are even if they were Saudi Arabian and now we’ll probably put him on even more money ππππ

18th August 2026 at 9:58 pm #253332Apparently Bruno has rejected the new contract offered β¦ meanwhile thereβs only 1year left on his existing contractβ¦ expect them to pile on more money.

19th August 2026 at 8:44 am #253338He’s actually got two years left in total, so no need to do anything much at this stage. Either way, it’s far too late in the window to do anything drastic with him now, that sort of decision needed to have been made 3 months ago.

19th August 2026 at 10:17 am #253344Baleba is a risk for me. Looked like he had 2 left feet last year. Looked good the year before but rumoured fee seems bit high considering his performances last year.

19th August 2026 at 10:25 am #253347Thought the fee was agreed but reading itβs below what Brighton want. 60 plus 5 is already too much based of last seasons performances. Hope they donβt go a penny over that.

19th August 2026 at 10:27 am #253348Well, there we have it, and I predicted this would probably happen months ago. Great idea to pay 65 million quid for a fucking oaf who only completed 3 PL matches all last season without getting hooked, and who regularly played second fiddle to 82 year old James Milner.
What an utter fucking shambles this club really is._____________________________

19th August 2026 at 10:32 am #253350Oh and plus he’s fucking crocked, and he will be out for another 6 weeks! It would not surprise me one bit if Brighton are flogging us a player who they know has some sort of a chronic injury. I just hope he fails the fucking medical.
