Have stopped even looking at transfer news for the most part as don’t see anything of significance happening now but its hilarious the amount of spin and ever changing narratives being knocked out by journos and those claiming to be in the know. If nothing else, this window just confirms these so called fan channels and insiders have no fucking clue. Knocking out multiple videos a day going round in circles contradicting themselves at will. Yet some people still hang out their arses like they have inside knowledge of what’s going on at the club. I think even that fella Romano has given up talking about our transfer business at this stage.

6th August 2026 at 10:50 am #252278@Dee – Barcelona have just given Gordon a big contract, have Lamine Yamal on 20 million euro per year and have just got Lewandoski’s massive contract off the books as well, so they could easily have afforded to pay Rashfraud say 250k per week over 4/5 years, but they chose not to pursue it.
The world and his wife can now see that Rashfraud has zero motivation or desire to try to be the very best version of himself that he can be by putting in the hard yards in training or in games, so they fucked him off. It’s all about the lifestyle, the money and the ego for Rashfraud now, he doesn’t give a flying fuck what the fans think or say because he’s had that much smoke blown up his arse by his entourage and his hangers on that he thinks that we are all wrong, and they are right.
I have absolutely no doubt that poisonous prick has had zero thoughts that he could and should have done things differently and better during his last few years at OT, and will no doubt feel that he’s just been unfairly scapegoated for everything that went wrong when in fact the exact opposite is true, simple as that._____________________________

6th August 2026 at 11:54 am #252280Loads of people at Barcelona never took to Rashford. I think when you’ve basically shit on your boyhood club then other top clubs are sceptical about signing you long term. Looks like Rashford was a means to an end and stop gap for Barcelona. It’s hilarious his brothers are apparently leaking to the media that he’ll only go to a top club. He’s a fucking delusional prick. When people have to preempt every sentence about Rashford with ‘on his day’ then you know his attitude is all wrong. Said it before, they better rip his contract up rather than let him back in to the squad because his toxic bullshit will set the club back years.

6th August 2026 at 11:58 am #252282I agree, just negotiate his termination and tell him to do one.

6th August 2026 at 1:19 pm #252283How did we get Β£14m for that keeper Vitek?? We definitely would have sold him for Β£750k previously!!

6th August 2026 at 1:55 pm #252285Was it not Β£7M plus Β£7M in add ons? Think he is decent and some think he has a future. They put a sell on and buy back clause in the deal too. When you take that money plus the other bits they got in from sell ons etc, the net spend this summer must be like Β£60M at most. Crazy that we’ve decided to stop spending when we have CL money and a new record training kit sponsor deal. If others around us push on this year we’ll struggle to get CL football next year even if we add Berge and a LB late in the window.

6th August 2026 at 2:44 pm #252287Correct N1xer, 7 plus a possible 7 in add ons. Personally, Iβd have kept him as our number two, heβs a good βkeeper. Just shows how desperate we are to bring a couple of quid in that we let the lad go for as little as that. Itβs actually the same money that we paid for the world renowned Tynan Thompson.

6th August 2026 at 2:47 pm #252288On another note, our latest left back target now appears to be Antonee Robinson. Good player, I like him, but heβs 29 on Friday. We should have bought him and Tielemans years ago.

6th August 2026 at 3:10 pm #252290Like Robinson but that is strange. Only 2 years younger than Shaw and no doubt Fulham will want at least Β£30M for him.

6th August 2026 at 3:13 pm #252291Vitek wants to play, he doesn’t want to be a number 2 so he wanted to leave. We’ve put our eggs in the Lammens basket now so that’s it for now. At least we had the foresight to put sell on and buy back clauses in the deal

6th August 2026 at 3:58 pm #252296Seems they want to give Harry Amass a chance as back up to Shaw.
So we needed a 3rd midfielder, a left back and a winger and we got Mount, Amass and Shea Lacey?!!
Ha ha!
That’s an incredible amount of pressure to put onto next summer’s transfer window._____________________________

6th August 2026 at 4:40 pm #252298The stupid thing is that, if we don’t severely strengthen this window, we won’t make the CL next year and INEOS and co. will need to invest big to get us back in there… don’t they realize that it is better to spend big now and build up a solid framework that allows us to maintain CL qualification rather than gambling each season?

6th August 2026 at 6:27 pm #252300If we can get to the knockout stages of the Champions League we would earn in excess of Β£75m. Maybe the board think we have enough to get there and top 4.

6th August 2026 at 7:50 pm #252308@blacky my point is that the traitorous Big nose will never take a pay cut with any club so he can play regularly as long as he is being paid his massive wages at United. Thereβs zero chance of them terminating his contract and paying him off.
Depending on Mazraoui, Mount, Shaw, Martinez and to an extent maguire who can all break down and be gone for weeks is sheer lunancy. Not to mention Deligt that no one has heard about in close to a year. Thatβs 90% of the back 4.
Rodri to Barca?

6th August 2026 at 8:07 pm #252312Man City signed Trafford for 31M plus add ons then sold him now for 45M plus addons and a 20% sell on clause β¦
Every Scout or negotiation team at UTD should be sacked honestly because if this was at UTd with the kind of season Trafford had at City they would be begging clubs to come take him on loan with an option to buy not even an obligation to buy.

6th August 2026 at 8:35 pm #252313There is something dodgy as fuck about that Trafford deal. One of the highest fees ever for a keeper who barely played last year?

6th August 2026 at 9:22 pm #252317@Dee – It’s the overall value of the contract that’s the most pertinent thing here, not the weekly wage. For example, if Rashfraud took a pay ‘cut’ to 250k per week over the length of a 4 year deal at Barcelona he would still pocket close to an extra 20 million quid over and above what’s left on his current two year contract at OT, and I’m sure he would have taken that deal had it been offered, simple as that.

6th August 2026 at 9:31 pm #252319@N1xer – And we couldn’t even persuade Trabzonspor to give us a bag of rusty old spanners to make Onana’s deal permanent even though they clearly had more than enough cash available to pay Mo Salah an absolute fortune for the next two years, fucking clowns the lot of them.

6th August 2026 at 10:05 pm #252320@Blacky-Clubs aren’t daft mate. They know we don’t want the players but want rid of the massive salaries so aren’t going to offer us tuppence. At least Onana has the self respect to go and play football elsewhere. That cunt Rashford is looking a payoff and then he’ll fuck off to any club that’ll take him. As much as it kills me, i’d negotiate a contract cancelation and pay him just to get rid of the toxic prick.
