Ginger, the sporting director of Barca has put his ass on the line by saying that they are negotiating with us. Things are difficult for Barca right now so maybe this is the act of desperation in an attempt to save his job at least until they find someone else to bid for, or FSGs tough talk is simply to get as high a price as possible.
I’m not saying “THIS IS HOW IT IS GINGER” but I think it’s a possibility. Once we found out that RB were serious about not selling, the story died. This one is still going and for their sporting director to say the things he’s said after we’ve made it “clear as day”, well. . as I said, he’s either desperate, delusional or he’s telling the truth.
