Agree Sean, Serano’s message also said something about being shocked at the commissions opinion (not finding) – which can’t be true given this is the second hearing which drew the same conclusion.
Further, Serano fails to mention that even if they win the appeal on the contract issue they would still fail the spending rules as the commission have stated that the contracts were way above fair market value.
So basically he is still trying to gaslight everyone.
