They have to appeal by Friday. If they appeal then hopefully that will be heard asap and decided before May. As soon as any appeal is heard and decided a sanction can be imposed. Hopefully this can all be done this season.
The questions after that is where will Cheaty look to appeal next? And will the sanction be enacted before the appeal routes are all dried up.
Hopefully the minimum is they get their PL membership license withdrawn and then they have to start in League 2. I would prefer them to get a 40 odd point deduction for the next 5-10 years and a ban from all european football in 10-15 years. They are financially doped and have to be reset.
Any other sport would not let cheaters profit in anyway with their cheating after they were caught.
