In all seriousness there could be fraud and tax criminal questions to answer. The report states they deliberately concealed or disguised transactions and the word “deliberately ” is what HMRC could prosecute with.
Sanctions? I think points deduction but over a number of seasons so they don’t just get relegated and bounce back up.
Would like to see the people that did this be individually punished. Could they be deemed unfit to own a football club and forced to sell?
