It was pretty simple to see last season, if a pro drops off 5% then its a failure, it no different to a thoroughbred horse. Once that horse loses than 5%….it dont come back.
With some of our players in the 28+ age, something drastic needs to happen to get the form back.
The Mentality slip has been quite incredible, we were absolute monsters at times, press and with fight, now….well, we ain’t that no more. Fight and determination is a natural thing until its allowed to drop…and its bombed
