Asian, you’re being disrespectful by calling people “armchair managers” just because they don’t share your opinion. That’s exactly what a forum is for — people discussing and debating different views.
If you can’t handle others criticising the team or players, maybe don’t read the reactions thread. Throwing around terms like “plastic fans” just because people are frustrated is childish. Everyone here supports the club — we just express it differently.
Back to the actual game, don’t think I can add anything more to what Fulcrum has already said. I saw that game as an opportunity to make a step in the right direction but sadly that was missed. Now the pressure will mount for the Villa game and subsequent games against Real and City.
I know Moonster upsets folk on here with some of his posts but I agree with him that the issue has been around since the middle of last season. I’ve also heard rumours of dressing room unrest, I’d imagine because thr players can clearly see what they are training for and being asked to do in game is total rubbish.
