We seem to have gone from one extreme of using a very limited pool of players last year, leading to exhaustion later in the season, to cutting and changing every game this.
So many new players to introduce was never going to be a good idea, but think the time has come to go back to basics with a settled team for the next few weeks. Get Robbo and Bradley in the full back positions, Szobo in the middle of the park. Gapko and Salah out wide, rotating Isak and Ekitike.
Wirst, Frimpong, Kerkez coming off the bench and brought into the team based on form in due course.
We need to stop giving ourselves a mountain to climb each game.
