Wholeheartedly agree Alfie on your second paragraph. Technology honestly can really help, but it’s the persons operating it and thereafter putting on their own interpretation of events.
It’s skewed common sense or the rules as we originally know it.
We need a little step back and reinforcement of the rule explicitly delivered by the Officials as a statement.
That way, everybody knows where they stand.
