We’re not applying pressure 3p’s because we don’t have players who can do it or are doing it. Mane played deep. He also had dribbling ability to unlock defenses. Firmino, Luis Diaz, and Diago Jota who can trouble defenses are all unavailable at the moment.
Our game has become limited. Tiago and Fabinho along with Henderson are ageing and won’t apply themselves box-to-box. We’re not for now playing why I see as gegenpressing as our midfield is overrun and I don’t see us dominating possession in games.
