They basically hit the woodwork in the first half and did have their chances. The ball just gravitated in the second half and our lot really struggled to deal with clearances so my belief from that is that we rode our luck.
Defense and midfield needs lots of work to reinstall discipline, but sometimes you need to be able to grind out these type of wins. 3 points is what it gets you and nobody really cares as much, but you do get founded out.
The Prem is competitive. No easy ride for anybody and I’m sure each game more than ever emphasizes a lot of preparation.
